Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Service Description

AssessMyVisa provides a personalised research report detailing visa eligibility, financial evidence requirements, university options, and pathway context for international students researching study in Australia. The report is generated based on the inputs you provide.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that relying on our report will result in a successful visa application, university admission, or any other outcome. Visa decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

3. Payments and Pricing

The report is priced at a one-time fee of $25 AUD. Payment must be made in full via our secure payment processor (Stripe) before the report is generated.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report, you must contact us at help@assessmyvisa.com within 7 days of delivery. We will either revise the report based on your feedback or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

The reports generated by AssessMyVisa are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce the reports. AssessMyVisa retains all intellectual property rights in the structure, content, and methodology of the reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssessMyVisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on the report.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
